As a customer, it is completely understandable that you want to ensure the product you are interested in purchasing is truly in stock. All products showing as in stock are ready for immediate dispatch.
How long do you take to dispatch orders?
We pride ourselves on our quick turnaround times and commitment to customer satisfaction. To ensure that you receive your order as soon as possible, we dispatch all orders received by 1pm (AEST) the same day Monday-Friday. For orders received between 1-3pm, we will do our best to dispatch them the same day as well, but we cannot guarantee it. Orders received after 1pm on weekdays will definitely be dispatched the following business day.
