2. Terms of payment
Payment is due in full before dispatch via online credit card payment unless credit facilities have been agreed upon in writing. If credit facilities have been agreed upon, payment is due within 30 days from the invoice date. Payment can be made through online credit card payment or bank transfer. If paying through bank transfer, please send the payment remittance advice to accounts@southsidedistribution.com.au.
3. Freight, dispatch & delivery
We pride ourselves on our quick turnaround times and commitment to customer satisfaction. To ensure that you receive your order as soon as possible, we dispatch all orders received by 1pm (AEST) the same day Monday-Friday. For orders received between 1-3pm, we will do our best to dispatch them the same day as well, but we cannot guarantee it. Orders received after 1pm on weekdays will definitely be dispatched the following business day.

Shipping Information for Various Order Weights
For orders weighing less than 1kg, we use Australia Post Express. For heavier orders, we ship with Australia Post Parcel or StarTrack Road Express.
Shipping is free for orders over $400* excluding GST. For orders below this threshold, the cost is $17 excluding GST.

Please note that all prices on our website are in Australian Dollars (AUD), and exclude Goods and Services Tax (GST) for wholesale customers. However, for retail customers, prices are inclusive of GST. It is important to note that South Side Distribution reserves the right to adjust pricing at any time. Any orders or quotes that have not yet been dispatched and confirmed before the price increase will be sold at the agreed pricing.
